Because the owner wants it that way, or because the size of the transaction calls for discretion. We match these properties with buyers we know: no portal, no sign outside, no mailshot.

Good relationships only hurt those who do not have them.

Why owners sell discreetly

An apartment building whose tenants should be left in peace. A commercial property whose sale is no business of the competition. A house on the lake where the owner’s name should not do the rounds. Or a property that was advertised once before and should not appear on the portals a second time.

For owners

If tenants, neighbours or competitors are not to find out, we sell your property without any public marketing. You decide who knows about it and who receives the documents. We handle the valuation, viewings and negotiation through to the transfer of ownership.

For buyers

What you see on the portals is only part of the market. Tell us what you are looking for: location, type of property, size and budget. When something suitable comes up for sale, we will be in touch.

Price and confidentiality

The price rests on the same valuation as an open sale, and we negotiate it just as firmly. We only approach buyers who are genuinely searching and able to buy. That spares you a stream of curious viewers, and spares your property the reputation of having been on the market too long.

Interested parties first receive a short description, with no address and no names. Documents and viewings follow only with your consent, and if you wish, only after a signed confidentiality agreement.
