The valuation
Before you sell, you should know what your property is worth today.
We visit the property, review the documents and tell you what price we consider achievable in the current market. The valuation stays between you and us.
A valuation is only as good as the sales it rests on.
That is why we value where we sell ourselves: in Thurgau, on Lake Constance and in north-eastern Switzerland.
What counts
Location, condition and standard of finish, what the plot allows under planning law, and demand in the municipality. To that we add what we know from our own sales in the region, including those that were never advertised. You will not find these figures in any statistics.
The process
In an initial conversation, you tell us about the property and what you have in mind. We then view it and go through the documents: land register extract, plans, details of renovation work. Afterwards we discuss the price with you and whether an open or a discreet sale would suit you better.
When a valuation makes sense
Usually before a sale. Often when an estate is being divided and several owners need a figure they can all trust. And sometimes to decide whether renovating ahead of a sale is worthwhile.
